I understand your concern, but its actually quite the opposite. Airing some of these issues will probably help restore your value. I own stock in the company too. This company is in turnaround mode, and lots of damage was done before now. Investors have very little confidence in the company and the stock is middling. But being able to explain some of what happened in the past, can help give some context to understanding how it may be improving now. Also, there's always the issue of stockholders being cheated as revenues are diverted to perferential stockholders, or even affiliate companies like the LPs. So correcting those errors means more money for real every day stockholders. Hope you'd reconsider.
