Thread regarding Follett layoffs

You nailed it on the head. Almost all of the people sticking around are the yes men/women that have been at Follett forever or only at Follett and the cruisers that don't have a whole lot of other options. The good lower level employees won't stay at a place that gives them no incentives to care about how the company does when it never flows down to them and management doesn't care about keeping those good employees and keeping them happy to have them do their best work. Management has dug their own grave and those below can chose if they want to lay in it with management. For the sake of most of the lower level employees I knew, I hope they get out before the dirt really starts piling on.
