Got terminated on Nov, 8th. Signed the documents and expected my final paycheck to arrive in the mail on Nov 22nd with 1 week pay (week of Nov 8) and the vacation remaining. It's the night of Nov 26th and I am still waiting to be paid for the work I did for Follett. Had I not been terminated, I would have had the money deposited on the morning of Nov 22nd.
I hope there isn't this long of a delay on the severance. This is ridiculous. If you're going to take the time to reorganize, then at least treat the people you decide to shed with dignity. I've already had a partial week's pay with my new job.
