Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Reviews weren't postponed. It's simply a move to a system comparable to every other company in the industry. Annual reviews. Nothing about that implies another wave of layoffs. Everyone needs to stop coming up with these conspiracy theories. The layoffs were unfortunate and a lot of good people were let go. There are still a lot of good people remaining though. Are things going to be perfect from here on out? No, but everyone left has been given an opportunity to help shape Chesapeake's future. Constant negativity will do nothing but bring everyone else down. Perform your job to the best of your ability and bring value to the company. And before anyone suggests I'm just another kool aid drinker, that is not the case. I am however, a professional and will continue to act as such. Whether you choose to do the same is up to you.
