Leaders know, as do most people now that the 22-23 will be bad days for up to 50 of IT staff. This week with not be good, many good people will be put in a bad place. There could be a comp plan for some but don t count on it. For those that stay they will be rebadged by an outsource company like HCL short of the story even if you have a job end of next week your news in the future is also bleak. What real questions does anyone have?
