How could UOP Virginia Beach, Virginia lay off several people last week after the director of enrollment, beth sigler, stated in a meeting 2 weeks prior that she was about to hire additional enrollment counselors because the campus was doing so well? If she laid off due to budget cuts, where is she getting the monies to hire the additoinal staff? From the salaries of the people she cut? Is she planning to rehire the ones she cut? Is this legal>
