Wow, moral is really down in our division. Does the company really think firing lincoln and leaving Mike in charge was the best decision? He lacks the people skills that lincoln and dyer had, and only takes care of his favorites. Surprise surprise, Seth and dereks teams are the ones he pushes off to someone else and keeps dawn and james. He pushes out all the great leaders in our division. I hope kay comes back and gets us back on track. Our days are numbered with mike.
