The new leadership has been here for a year and the only initiatives that Follett is pushing are the ones started by the old leadership - Included, Betterknow,Aurora and SKYO. Even the new Follett venture capital fund invested in a company that was selected by the old leadership. Where is the innovation from the new team? Our industry is declining and we have nothing new to invest in? Layoffs will continue until new growth areas are successful - IF.
