In old Pyrmaid model there were less people and things were delivered. Then came transformation and whole lot of junk roles got created like Delivery Lead which is 80% same as PM role. who gave them this stupid idea !..TCS their strategic partner...or Beth the Org Change Management expert!! Why blame poor developers /BA for the mistake of these so called Leaders Shame on you
