Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Anonymous1148 is right

There is so much wrong with how Follett does I.T. that it's difficult to know where to start. No or poorly run project management; the design phase is pathetic (and some I.T. people don't even understand why you need it); no change management practices - people just don't what they want when they want and if it brings production down, no accountability what so ever which is why the "Accountability" value always makes me laugh. All this isn't helped by the fact that some areas of I.T. are understaffed so people cave to the pressure instead of standing on principle. The bottom line however, is at the end of the day management is responsible for allowing these behaviors to continue. And I personally hate bonuses. They too many times force people to give-up to standing firm and doing the right thing in favor of the almighty dollar. I heard the old bonus structure was absolutely ridiculous with some executives getting 100% for bonus. WTF?
