Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Received the severance check, $1222.00 turned into $744.30 after taxes. I told my kids not to expect anything for christmas. I will barely make

my bills this month. Had to apply for food stamps (no biggie since I was full time and made so little I have been on them many times this year) its sad to be a full time worker and qualify for food stamps! The unemployment check is laughable as it is less than $150.00 a week. Follett managed to keep me below poverty level and is still doing so. Full time jobs with benefits are few and far between.
