We had horrible layoffs in 2008 and 2009 - over 3000 people were let go - cannot help it, but in the hindsight we should have seen it coming things were just too crazy, people thought money grows on trees, Pepsi is not the only company that had to cut, all our peers went thru major cuts as well.
