If you work at Follett's Oak Brook office--have you ever seen a member of the senior staff in their office before 8:30 am or after 5:30pm. The office on Friday afternoons is a ghost town and The LEADER of that group took about 10-12 vacation weeks per year which set the bar for the senior staff. Plus the senior staff wants to visit every Florida school in winter and you can't find a senior staff member visiting schools in places that doesn't have direct flights.
