Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Every school has its bad students. However, UOPX doesn't have any real entrance exams thus most of its student have failed elsewhere to get an education and use UOPX as its last ditch effort to get a degree. I know personally that facilitators (don't call them teachers because they don't teach) would get pressured to pass students that were failing and obviously not college material. The UOPX learning model is a failure. If were truly intellectually challenging each class would prove how competitive UOP is. If UOP was a real college experience there would be real comprehensive exams and teaching. Be honest with yourself! You can say what you want about your health class at community college..etc. etc. but nothing compares to UOP online classes. You never know who is writing the papers, answering the discussion questions or answering the discussion questions.
