Ask yourself this: When they come to lay you off will they give you a two week notice? NOPE! Call the regional, offer to be a resource for a smooth change over, leave the keys with the next in command and save yourself the stress of rush. While some of the regionals work hard in their own way it's time for them to stop living behind the email and go run a store for a change! Maybe it'll get to the point that the VP's will actually have to help a customer instead of walking completely around the side of the stores to avoid helping anyone. Why deal with the mess of rush if you won't be sticking around!
