Yes, do the right thing and give two weeks notice. No more sympathetic could I be to wanting to just walk out, but don't stoop to their level. The measure of one's character is not how one acts when things are easy, but when they are difficult. When you look back, two weeks will be nothing and you'll hold your head high knowing you left with integrity.
