Hum, more posts about racism . . . on a site dedicated to employee conditions at UoP, the state of the company, and the possibility of more layoffs . . . if people on this site are employees of UoP, wouldn’t they be concerned with the conditions of the company and their jobs . . . therefore, irrelevant racist remarks and posts would probably be posted by those not concerned with UoP or possible layoffs. Reasons for such posts could include: such poster is bored and doesn't have anything better to do, such poster is mentally-ill and in need of attention, or such poster is here to distract thoughts away from more layoffs and discredit this site in the process. It is of course possible that the poster(s) of the racist remarks could be all three. However, if you add in the history of this site, racist posts usually increase just before layoffs or a major UoP change. Add in rumors that UoP execs are looking to sell, many UoP execs are cashing out their stocks, and the deadline for HLC’s follow-up review is drawing near. Based on these clues, what would Sherlock Holmes deduce?
