In my store there has been a debilitating level of one-on-one abuse and harassment. I've had colleagues resign without other jobs due to the stress and abuse.
What does it look like in your store. You don't have to name names or even positions, however, if you could describe what was done, perhaps we can uncover a strategic design to the abuse. I've always assumed my director of stores was executing his own plan. Perhaps he is executing a broader plan.
