Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Chaos is the most common description I hear for how things are going. There are new bosses all over the place. The problem is that they don't know what they are doing, won't listen when the consequences of their directives are explained, change their minds constantly, and won't accept responsibility for the chaos they create. We are all waiting for the next round of cuts. Between the stress from the new bosses and the stress of waiting for layoffs, morale is at an all time low. Get it over with. Quit omessing around and finish what you started. Let everyone move on - either job hunting or trying to create order out of the mess you created.
