We bought General Parts Inc. back in November - you'll see some departure there - not big but there will be cuts, some execs are already leaving. The industry will continue to consolidate and more layoffs will follow. Reduction if Workforce are rampant and one by one our competitors are engaging in layoffs. Cannot predict too much but I can tell you that 2014 will be an interesting year for both companies.
