I heard a rumor that Follett received millions of dollars in state of Illinois tax credits not to move to Wisconsin. However the catch is they must move a certain number of employees into the new Westchester office. So perhaps layoffs have stopped until after the move? Anyone else heard this?

Nothing to prevent more layoffs once they move though.
