What to expect next year? I do not to speculate right now but I hear many rumors that IT group will be hit big time and that there are major outsourcing deals that are being discussed right now. Our executives are unpredictable but it seems that we have taken a strategic direction to outsource as many jobs as possible. Not sure where this will take us in the end but this seems to be trend and nobody is safe at JPMorgan today. We all know that 2013 was a rough year, but we've seen worse and I think that our position will improve in 2014 overall. I think that we'll make more money and that we'll continue to grow.
