Thread regarding Lennar Corp. layoffs

I was with Lennar in 2007 when massive cuts were rolled out - I was in Miami and I was let go. I was approaching my 60th birthday so finding new job was very difficult. After 3 years of searching I finally found work and even though my pay is not as good as before I am happy. Home building industry is a great industry for anyone, if you are hard working individual and want challenge join Lennar as it is one of the finest companies out there. Now, layoffs will continue to happen, they may happen in 2014 as well, but do not let this discourage you, keep pushing and keep advancing your skills as this may help you become more marketable. Lennar is well positioned in the marketplace and has a great management team - so, finding work here would be very desirable for anyone with ambition. Good luck...
