A Heald College IT graduate got a BIG reality check when he peddled his resume to Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Cisco, etc. as he believed that he was highly qualifed to work in IT. Cisco said in so many words "You have to be kidding and you should forget IT as you don't know anything"
