The Heald College instructors have already told admin that they are not going to take a pay cut from their crappy $1500 to $2000 per course job. The admin already knows that many of the adjuncts are planning on considering the upcoming Winter quarter as their last and many have already volunteered to be laid off. More than one told admin "Look I don't intend to make phone calls all day getting students in the class room. You need to do what you have to do. If you want to can me right now then go for it. I am tired of hearing this be grateful you got a job nonsense".
