Thread regarding Follett layoffs

I left follett in oak brook a few weeks back. my first impressions after leaving and starting fresh at a new company....how is follett going to survive. not only am i being paid a lot better, everyone i work with is competent. the company has goals that are realistic and very achievable. they are in the process of switiching to a newer reporting system. however, unlike follett updating Lawson, this project has set dates for acheiving implementation goals. which is the exact opposite of follett. and the best part by far, innovation and changing things for the better is encouraged, not shunned like it was at follett. I am so thankful to have left when i did and i wish everyone i worked with the best at sinking with the ship or getting out and improving their life.
