RJ is going through an evolution. All organizations need to do it to stay relevant over time. Yes, some things could be better. However, many of these comments are simply personal attacks. What is the value in that? All individuals are imperfect and deal with their own challenges. Be respectful.

Yes it may be an evolution. Hitler had the same idea for Germany. Doesn't make it a good idea.
