Ummm..let see. Sequestration is cutting $50 billion out of the budget each year so that means fewer contracts and management was never cleaned out so the same bozos are still making the same dumb mistakes that led to the layoffs in the first place. My guess is there will be more layoffs. Oh, and I bet managers are saying everything is looking peachy and all the badness is done.
