The email said VCP would be meaningful, but also got the impression that it would be even more weighted towards certain groups. Not sure if that is a wise retention strategy.

Sabre does not know what retention means at all..have seen many good employees been gone and they just did not care about it. Just like everything else in a company handled by morons who have very poor management skills.
