Thread regarding Follett layoffs

I don't mean to be cruel or anything but we would get fired if wasn't that way. Some people give some great tips on how you might get a job at the campus. Some people are just trying to figure out what's going on, that's all. Not to many of the managers share what they know, if they know anything, to anybody. Some folks are pretty frustrated and they vent a little here. People are getting awfully mean to people some of it's bad and they should have some place to talk about it other than home, there is enough stress there with not knowing if you won't have a paycheck. It's not like all of us make enough to save for two or three months to be ready. We try, and then many at Follett have work so many damn hours for so long they don't have anybody at home. And we just stay tuned to see were they'll be chopping next. I figure they'll be laying off more in another six months or less, and don't give any warning, except for here. Just you go. And I assume they'll be more six months after that.
