Thread regarding Follett layoffs

I still can't wrap my mind around what this company has become. It used to be a great place to work over all. There have always been idiot manager but the company treated us well. Back in the day when we had the company picnic and got our little Christmas bonus and gifts. In general there was respect. Now....wow....now it feels like a war zone. Just dark negativity at every corner. I think one of the things that added to the downfall was w TC started using fear to deal with the changes. Fear and then taking our little perks away that showed the company cared. Gloom and doom emails created a bunch of negativity. Collective negativity in a company can easily make it fail.
