Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

Usually a requirement for Management is to have manners and good leadership skills. Obviously this is not a requirement at L3. Most middle managers that I have observed have a self-inflated importance and do not even try to be polite to anyone at a lower level. L3 has lots of lousy bosses and very few actual leaders. 2014 will end up looking a lot like 2013. I am part of the management team so before you respond with some nasty comment about the lower levels being the problem think about how difficult it is when there is such a lack of leadership and then add rudeness and disdain to the mix. Not how healthy companies succeed.
