I think what you meant to say was:
Profits can not sustain the massive amounts of worthless do NOTHING management!!! Does anyone see the common thread on this site CSW management is the reason we have to have layoffs. Most directors and the lackies under them as "managers" (rauk, carol....) have NEVER had to get product out the door and no way are they touching any real work now that encompass has totally destroyed the place - good job Troy and his minions. It is not lack of work so much as complete incompetence, oh, and we raised our rates this year to add fuel to the fire.....
Yes, layoffs are inevitable. And yet, somehow management still won't be touched.
