Those questions about the loss of benefits didn't have anything to do with the company picnic. Believe it or not, some of us actually care about things like losing PTO, or that sneaky change in the PTO rollover date to the middle of Xmas break. Follett has been chipping away at benefits for years. We DO remember all the changes and are very tired of it. It's obvious that senior management doesn't care about us lowly staff, only about their stock value.

The only reason Tom has a job is because he voted to get rid of Chuck and bring MAry Lee on. Hmmm.... Britten still has a job but no experience and no skill
Mary Lee wouldn't talk about layoffs. Tom wouldn't talk about benefits.
