The same could be said for much of Weatherford. And even if a business unit actually has long term plans, it doesn't get communicated out to everyone. Instead, simpletons in regional management give rambling speeches about staying inside your bubble and not worrying about what your manager or anyone above you is doing. Of course, when things wrong because of this lack of communication and understanding, it's the employees fault for not showing initiative and dropping the ball.
