Most are. Leadership needs to restore faith or be upfront. Good luck hiring decent university talent as my kids at college are being told to go to work anywhere but here. Just like this discussion board , when you don't manage your reputation it will get unofficially managed for you, some of this is normal but sticking your head in the sand as people leave is not a solution.
