I hear servicing is next, some of their people are worried, they are failing their SLAs due to lack of staff and extremely high call volumes, shame because I've dealt with some very sharp reps who want to transition into a better position and now they can't due to PHH imploding, the building is loaded with tension, you can cut it with a knife and it's just not a good place to work. 6 months and then sold.

Servicing Dept was hit on Thursday 2/20. Didn't think they would be touched, but they were. Lay offs skipped over me 3 times, it was bound to catch up.
