I heard that the Gap is getting ready to do yet another reorganization in the IT group

IT management announced in the last All Hands meeting that bonuses will be based on personal performance (25%)....meaning 1/4 of what we made last year. Retention will be an issue in Q1 2015.
...just heard a headcount reduction rumor for our group.
IT is like the most volatile group here - 2014 will be no different
