I've got 2 rice krispy treats saying it will be a 5% downward move in the stock tomorrow. And that is being optimistic since we lost 8% earlier in the month.

Excellent prognostication. You estimated a 5% drop and actual drop was 4.97%. Care to now estimate when sale(s) will take place, who buyer(s) will be and where stock price will go?
