The execs and middle management don't care about the worker bees. They want to trim costs, but that doesn't apply to their compensation. There is no future for CHK except the eventual sale of the company, and that will be soon. Everyone needs to understand that Archie, Lawler, VP's, and Directors will get a huge payoff when that occurs, and the worker bees will not. The new CHK is a cluster, and eventually there will be an enormous train wreck. Wait on your bonus, then get the hell out. And when you do, remind your Directors it is you who contributed to CHK, not them.
