I've enjoyed reading posts here on this forum and believe that this is a great outlet for both current and past employees. We have an opportunity for this not only to be a safe and anonymous place to share rumors, concerns, and complaints. But, also to share successes, best practices, ideas, and learnings! I'm sure there must be many of you who check this daily hoping for a new post to read. I sure do. Those who do I'd love to know what regions you hail from? I am from Region 2. I've been with Charlotte 5 years 6 months. My KPI strength is conversion with an opportunity in ADS. With our three pillars, my strength lies with Presentation, which I believe has been key to my stores conversion results. My focus is currently on People to foster a positive learning environment so mu staff truly become invested with our company. How about you?

I think most of people reading this site are not similar to you - people want to vent and you'll see very little constructive input here. Good luck anyway, I wish your initiative takes off.
