they've been saying echo callers will be getting a bonus for the past 7 months. nothing has happened, it's not happening, all your jobs are going to the Philippines.this company will suck you dry if you let them. managers and team leads do no work, and callers are made to do three calls at a time with no bonus structure and a pay cut from the live callers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Read an earlier post. The parent company is advertising for help in the Phillipines. Why? Cheap labor is probably the reason.
