I agree with the last post just email the lawyer. If you need to create a new email account to do that and email it from your local coffee shop (as many of us do or your local hotel which provides free access). If you do have information just let the lawyer know as it may HELP someone who justifiably could use the help. The lawyer will be able to determine that. I would stay anonymous as suggested until further information is provided. I know Follett has in the past petitioned courts not to disclose lawsuit formation into public records but a lawyer should be able to investigate anything that might be applicable to the pending case.

I googled the case number to come up with the name (Mary Lutz V Follett). From there I was able to find the lawyer. If you have something to offer, I'd contact the lawyer. The link provided has an email address.

If you're under a non-disclosure, be careful!

Can anyone provide more details on the suit? Maybe some folks want to help with documentation to support the suit or join in themselves?

Here is the information on the lawyer who filed suit; http://www.talbottlawfirm.com/about-us/attorneys/ He appears to be a workman's comp specialist. Perhaps if you want to contribute your story this lawyer can help bring down Follett.
