I've never seen such dysfunction and incompetent company management. They pull this crap and wonder why the company is failing. I've never worked for, or heard of anybody working for such an a $$ backwards place. Its official, the ship has pretty much sunk. Dont be the band on the Titanic... get the hell out of that place and salvage some dignity. If your job is safe, as mine is,.. question the situation: do you really want to work for such idiotic and uncompassionate losers? I see better comradery at fast food joints. And the supervisors and managers that DO survive all try to "one up" each other because they're all clueless of how to run an are yet need maximum direct charging. Its like a bad, slow motion B movie at CSW. Good God. What a joke of a company

Agree - company seems to feel that the way to handle things is to ignore problems until it's too late. L-3's answer will be to make us little people go thru more ethics training just like they did when the company leadership got busted for 'monitoring' customer emails a few years ago.
L3 is not going under. Just look at their stock prices. I plan in retiring from L3 if I can. But if they do not stop promoting more and more management over under 10 employees and then make two of them superisors over 5 employees they will tank. We need more direct labor and less indirect labor,but for some reason they do not see that. Take Byron Case who has the largest closed office in Bldg D, go ahead and tier him and you will see that he only has 4 employees working for him and they all charge indirect labor. And what do they do? Ops specialists?

There are also people without college degrees that are billionaires. An anecdote about a UoP grad making six figures doesn't mean anything. It is and will always be a second rate education that everyone makes fun of.
So my other half got a degree from UOP and makes 6 figures a year. Money is money and she is working and your laid off. Enjoy your wknd.
