Outsourcing security sounds weird and strange too. Why would you want your security performed by somebody else? All their errors would only come back to haunt you.

Offshoring is less expensive. All the big companies are doing it. They have to ensure there is plenty of money to go around to the executive club. The 3% raise many will get if they are lucky does not compare to the 30%+ that goes out in bonuses and stock options to the executives. Many companies feel they need to do this to stay competitive. If CEO's, board members, and high executives were not doubling their salaries at such a rapid rate, they could afford to hire more people in the US. Unfortunately, RJ does not understand the true long term business model for success. Leadership is important. However, without the support of the workforce the building will eventually fall. It's just a slower fall, but eventually it does happen and in this case it will catch up and happen soon.
Bella is doing her part to help take down the US economy. She should be fired post haste!
