The continous cuts are not a secret, we had a PR release noting that we will be cutting our total headcount for 3rd straight year to slightly over 260,000 in 2014 - that's 4K down from 265,000 in 2013, the cuts will mostly come from Consumer and Community Banking division and will be in a 5K to 8K range
