I think people tend to blame ML because those of us who remember the good times know that Follett was a better company once when they were invested in their people. We felt appreciated and believed we "made a difference". ML stands for nothing. Remember the message Steve P. used to make before rush started? When's the last time you had one of those? It was the same every year but at least someone recognized that rush was hard and we busted our ass to be prepared. There is no support now...every body is twisting in the wind. ML does not engage us because she is afraid of us. Because we KNOW.

I left in 2008 and reading through this stuff makes me feel like a psychic.
Glad it drives them all crazy.
I have been long gone from Follett but as long as my friends are still there I will support them here. And I have good info that it drives ML and the Kfarters crazy.

She stands for things. For example, she stands when her big ass is sore from sitting on it all day!
This site is still going strong I see. I used to be employed by Follett, but I saw what was happening and left. Never looked back. I think others, many others should do the same. It's time to go!
