My family and I have worked for STJ for several years, now, our jobs are being outsourced outside of the US for cheaper labor. STJ changed, it now looks for the cheapest labor and no longer cares about the workers. Sad to see this happen

I hear they are offering fantastic severance packages...something like up to 1.5 year. Anyone know for sure?

Looked to be 25% or more, Senior employee's, who had been loyal hard working employee's for over 10 years and more. St. Jude continues to show it is now moving towards reducing senior long time employee staff to cut overhead and increase bottom line. Used to be a great company to work for, current management no longer cares about employee's just the bottom line.

Eventually Pickens and Scottsdale are going to get hit. They are both overrun with incompetent employees from the bottom to the top.
