It is easy to stay just stop saying bad things about the company but maybe you should look more carefully into what is being said and see if there is some legitimate concerns first.
Apparently the person posting here doesn't realize that the "you guys" that he is preaching to and seeking promotion from are the same "You Guys" that CCI sat down in meeting after meeting and said "Sorry but we no longer need "You Guys".
Perhaps you need a refresher from the CCI Accountability Ladder: 1) Stop blaming others....(or the weather). 2) Stop making Excuses...Like the weather. 3) Stop Waiting or Hoping...(because there's not hope) 4) Acknowledge Reality...(not yours but theirs) 5) Own it...(You own nothing...you are an indentured slave so not sure what that means) 6) Find Solutions...(Send out your Resumes) 7) Get on With It...(Get over CCI and move on)

What's so great about the company??? the directors are sorry as hell and the company is poorly ran!! The education people are coming in for is not an education I would even let my dog go to school at Everest! Nonetheless, you wonder why we have check chasing in stead of actual student's, because the student's themselves know they are not getting a quality education in which credits cant even transfer to any other school...so what's that again let's help promote Everest and not tear it down...LOL! The school is a huge joke and government sucking money hole!
If your company would provide the educational promise as was so often promoted, then you wouldn't be in the mess you are currently in. At this time this company deserves only to be declared insolvent by its on doing. Bye bye.
