Another useless attempt by management. If you go to the suggested site, www.takeaction4students.org, you will find that the letter is simply a form, and you can make no changes, other than your contact information. Going to regulations.gov, you will quickly see, "The comment process is not a vote – one well supported comment is often more influential than a thousand form letters" http://www.regulations.gov/docs/Tips_For_Submitting_Effective_Comments.pdf Sure CCi submits your form letter to legislators and the President too, but do form letters have much impact after the law is already passed and we are near the final rule? What's the next waste of time and money?

I have to believe that these emails are going to go through some sort of screening software and it's going to become obvious that the texts are all the same. The letters will be dismissed as form letters, which is obviously all they are. They will end up serving absolutely no purpose.
What a bunch of retards we work for.
Talk about misinformation.
I went to the site and there is an option to put it in your own words. So those who said that there isn't obviously didn't look hard enough.
Did you actually go to www.takeaction4students.org? There is no option to change any of the text, other than the contact information. It's simply a form.
You can change whatever you want on the letter. Don't spread false information, whether your are uninformed or intentional spreading false information it does no good and doesn't help anyone.
